Line6 BassPod Pro SoundDriver PC interface won't work

I have a Line6 Bass Pod Pro. I have tried the SoundDriver editing software that links the unit with the PC via midi, but can not get the program to work with the unit. I also have the Behringer Vamp pro and that seems to work just fine with the PC software program for that, which also links the PC and unit midi. I have downloaded the latest software version from Line6, and the BassPod Pro is set to "all" midi channels, but still no luck. Anyone else have this problem? Any Ideas?
 
Just tried to contact Line6 about the problem. Worst support I have ever encountered. I will never buy another Line6 product.
