Cant help with your specific example - I never listened to the Boss products.
I can put in a positive vote for the Line 6 Stuff though - I'm fairly impressed with the quality and versatility of it.
Look for my post (in about 15 mins) where I've compared a Pod X3 and a Blues Jr Amp with samples.
