limiter

hey, im new to cool edit pro and i was woundering if there was a limiter built in.
if there is then how do i get to it, if there isnt a limiter, then sorry to waste your time, but would you know any seprerate programs that would do that-preferably free.....thanks alot guys/gals

Open Cool Edit and go to the drop down menu help-contents. From there do a search function for limiter. This site is great to get advice from but sometimes it's not a quick answer and there are more intuitive answers in the program itself.
