Measure all the dimensions, especially the hole centres. To do this accurately, and this is for anything that has the same size holes, go from one edge to the other in the same position. ie. from the left hand side of one hole to the left hand side of the other hole, this will give you the centres. Check the string spacings but they are not that super critical when compared with the bolt holes.
From your post I am assuming you have already got the thing so take the old one off and put them back to back, if it lines up it'll fit.

I don't know without seeing the guitar, but I am guessing not. Many of the overseas Fenders (maybe all, don't remember) use metric stuff, so the measurements are a little different. You will have to check once you get the bridge.

Ran into the metric system on an overseas pickguard I recently purchased. It fits fine on the guitar but the screw holes don't align. I'm not about to drill new holes just to accommodate the new guard.

Yeah, I checked with my shop manager yesterday, and it is only the Asian Fenders which are metric. The Mexican Fenders are SAE, so it should fit.
