Ok I have a question for you guys, everyone. Have you ever used or even heard of someone using these cards by Lexicon? In particular the Core 32 systems. They came with a few interfaces including a mulit connector bay. The interfaces were the LDI 12T and LDI 10 T but there were probably others.

The reason I'm asking is I have a core 32 LDI 12T system that never really worked in a computer and I was trying to sell it on ebay. I assumed it was a hardware compatibility issue as I use Athalon computers. I heard from a few people interested in the auction who had the same card but thought there was something wrong with their Lexicon hardware. My price was low enough to interest these Lexicon core 32 troubleshooters. Now I'm realizing that I've never even heard of one of these recording systems working in a computer. I know the price plummeted after this card/interface came out, I think it started near $1600 which is not bad for a 32 channel 24 bit balamced capable card. Musician's Fiend dropped them to $400 I think and then discontinued them.

Anyone know the story here? I managed to get a buyer for $68 but I don't want to get the guy's hopes about getting this second Lexicon system working in his computer that he built specifically for the card.

Is anyone else having problems with the BBS search function?
It keeps saying I need more words for a search...but it only sees my last word.

....anyone?
