I am running Windows 10 Pro and have a Lexicon MX400XL connected to USB. If I reboot the desktop while this unit is connected and powered on, my keyboard and mouse will not work. It seems the only solutions are:

1. Suffer and reboot.
2. Always turn the unit off before rebooting.
3. Leave the USB disconnected.

I can do 3, but the ability to control the device remotely is handy. Anyone else run into this or something like it? I am an IT professional and suspect something about changing ports or perhaps bios usb legacy settings. Any ideas?

I have the MX200 and had similar problems, I'm running Win 7 64, I dont think the drivers have been updated for a very long time. I gave up as it seemed to annoy all my other usb devces.

It was a nice idea when it came out but most plug ins will beat it to a pulp :)

Good luck.

Lexicon has never heard of this, supposedly, and blame my machine. I guess it is possible...

Uninstalling the driver under "Sound, video and game controllers" worked for some reason. Even after another reboot and the driver reinstalling itself it looks good. That was from tech support.
