Lexicon lambda set up

Ok here it goes i bought a lexicon lambda about three years ago.
When i first got it i instaled everything and did all that stuff
when i tried to record i got a signal on the actual lambda but nothing on
the cubase le 4 that it came with ive tried it with other software and no luck i have been struggling with this so i think its about time to solve my problem
i follow everything as it tells me to and yet no luck.
By the way im running xp just incase some one wants to know
ive tried it on vista as well.

You usually have to select the device to be used for recording in a menu in the DAW, either globally or per track. You may first have to set the device type to Windows Classic Wave Driver (the option that works with a friend's Lambda). I don't know where in Cubase that would be.
 
First thing I'd do is go to the Lexicon site and make sure you have the latest driver.
