Now, I see all these forums that have people listing their gear. I drool over so many of those names, but I could drool alot more over a picture. So this thread is for all you people with killer gear (and the ones without, but like to show off their stuff anyhows). With this new "file attachment" feature, I figure this could be whole lots a fun! Now lets see them babies!

I'll start off with my baby: Ibanez SV-420 FM. I wanna get a new neck made for her without that whole 2 piece thing going on, but this is the best 2 piece I've ever seen. It has a different joint then all the newer Ibanezs. Instead of ending at the 3rd fret, it goes to around the 11th. Anyhows, the pic does no justice to her beautiful finish (flame maple with an orange/naturalish laquer over it)

Good idea. I run a Ernie Ball EVH through a rack containing an ADA MP-1, Shure wireless (not while recording), Digitech DSP-128, Hush Guitar Silencer, Rack tuner, Cerwin Vega CV-700 then into two Marshall JCM 800 2x12" cabs. In the signal chain I place whatever little toy I need at the moment including Crybaby wha, MXR Phase 90, Heil Talkbox. Enjoy!

Man your rig kills mine. All I have is that Ibanez, (or a LP copy, or 12 string Ibanez acoustic) through a either a converted Flex I Duo into head form into a custom 2 x12" box I made, or straight out of the PA (using a combination of the Flex and a Korg Pandora). I also use a Nady wireless i picked up ofr $2 (more about that in that killer deals thread) Now come on guys! We need more posts in this thread!

The guitar is this rather unheard of model called a Starfield, was short lived company that was related to Ibenez. Not a bad guitar, some days I love it some days i don't. Infact on Saturaday I was looking at getting a new one. It's a hard decision. I have my eye on this really beautiful Peavey Wolfgang. carved flamed top and all. It seemed to play really nice, but I don't know. Maybe someone here can give me a few pointers. All the newer guitars just don't feel like the guitars of yesteryear, and I don't have zillions of dollars to laydown for a vintage model. Anyway the Mesa is my prize and actually I own a TC Electronics Gforce now which isn't in the picture. I will have to take some new shots sometime. I do actually have a 72 Les Paul Custom which is is pieces becuase the person who owned previously all but destroyed it. Someday I may get it up and playing. Hopefully soon!

The Keyboard is a Yamaha EX5.

The whole rig in all its gory...er, I mean GLORY is at the practice space, so here's a pic of the boneyard of effects in one of its typical moments of disarray.

Reco - I'm not seeing a link, or an attachment. I wish people in my family were ever nice enough to buy me something like a guitar. I feel lucky to get food.

Whew! Chaos, looks to me like you're a bit of a Jackson enthusiast.

This is my 72 Tele. My fav electric guitar.

yeah that COMPLETE mesa stack makes me envious... did you sell any internal organs to obtian it?

and a complement to the the extreme beautiful rhoads guitar.

guhlenn

ps i would post a pic but 1. i don't know how
2. i haven't got one showing the guitar as it should be shown. it's a JEM 777 black flower pattern with a seymour duncan JBL (fill me in if you know what humbucker this is)

Well the organs I didn't sell for the Mesa I sold for this. But after playing it through the Mesa I guess I don't need any organs, because it's like I died and gone to heaven. :D:
I just got thisPRS McCarty on Saturday after about 15 years of dreaming of a PRS. I feel a little guilty becuase I'm nowhere close to a professional. But right now I'm making a little bit of money for the first time in my life(I'm 35) so I'm stocking up now while I can. Once you play one of these guitars you realize the difference between a musical instrument and just a instrument. There was a kid at the music store with his dad getting ready buy a PRS HollowbodyII, and my first thought was "I had to wait all this time, that brat doesn't deserve one at his age" but I tell you he wasn't playing too badly and what a world of difference learning to play on a instrument that actually has perfect intonation and playing and sound qualities would be. So I got a little humility and wished the kid well. I hope everyone here has or gets a guitar that plays as well as this. Regardless of Brand.
