Okay, I am having a bad day. I started another thread and threw a fit. If you've already heard it and/or posted in the other thread, don't feel obliged to respond here.

Frustration gets the best of me at times. Even a grown man can still think like a child.

It's a comedy/parody. There are some issues in the middle (thanks to another HR.com member reminding me that my ears weren't lying to me last night ) with a slight loss in thyme, I dunno if I can fix it, I might not bother with this recording after the revision ideas I get here. I actually like thwe clarity in the recording, I used minimal effecting this time and it shows.

Excellent percussion. Real percussion or samples?

The guitar tones were good. The rest of the song I couldn't really get into. That voice was pretty grating on my nerves. I couldn't even get into what the lyrics were saying. But it was all well recorded. Nice mix overall... especially the percussion.

I fixed the wandering bass line during the guitar solo. Sounds a lot better with a tighter bass...

man how many shards of glass do u have to gargle to get yer voice like that???....lol..ouch.....yeah that off beat..guitar?..is not quite on the groove..just a bit off....i didnt read if these were real drums...?......good sound either way........the bass line is sorta droning....maybe change it up somewhere?...but again this is pretty short so....is there more to this?.....

i know the guy singin this rides a harley..?....right?....bouncer maybe?......make this longer.....EXPOUND...its all about the expounding..

interesting to listen to while surfing around here....but I'd walk out of the bar, click it off if I was in the car, and definately wouldn't buy it.

I just didn't like it and thought the recording quality was very home brew sounding.

I'm going to re-record the off guitar (that was lew's too). In defense, the recording of this wasn't done in the most ideal of conditions... I'm also going to pan the lead and off-beat guitar left/right to fill things in... maybe lower the bass a tad... more work to do today it seems .

Keep the feedback coming! It's only 1:40 because it is.

Okay, fixed most of the things I didn't like about the song... most of them are things you also didn't like, minor but magnified errors, etc... much better now.... thanks again HR.com

Shoot, I just caught what you meant, the file was mysteriously converted to 48khz somewhere along the way (soundforge probably). Had to reencode it again
