LE 7.0 Problems

Anyone out there have problems with PT LE v7.0 or 7.1 with playback? I repeatedly get notices from Pro Tools that either my buffer is underflowing or that it's overflowing and competing with other programs for CPU power when nothing else is running. Even more than that, I'll get one message right after the other and I haven't changed anything. I've talked to Digidesign a couple times, but they've been a little less than helpful. I'm running on 1 GB fast DRAM and 2.8 GHz P4 with hyperthreading (which is supposed to work with v7).
Anyone else have this problem, and/or how did you fix it?

and, How many tracks and plug-ins are you using? Which plug-ins (if any)?

What is your CPU usage set to,what is your buffer size set to, and are you mixing or tracking?

Open up your CPU and system usage meter (Windows>Show System Usage?). See if you're getting spikes in usage. Are you running antivirus in the background? Try the tweaks here: www.musicxp.net
