latency issue

my setup was working fine last time i recorded. i am now experiencing very high audio latency. sound about 150ms. when i change the buffer size i get no difference in the latency

my buffer size is 480. when i open device setup in cubase its telling me that its latency is 11ms. i think i must of change some setting somewhere along the line.
