kvr audio plug in Question

http://www.kvraudio.com/ I know that i can download free plug ins from here but it downloads as a zip file. How do i use them in pt 8 le. Im trying to open the file but it wont let me and I'm trying to put all my downloaded plug ins in a separate folder. Can I still open a session pull up and eq effect and still be able to find or use the download plug in with my interface?

You have to unzip the file.. right click on it.. you'll see options to extract the file.. do that.. you then should have a setup file that will install it and put it in your plugins folder for you.. if you want to keep it separate from your other plugins then create a folder inside of the plugins folder for it.. but it has to be in your PT plugins folder.. actually when you isntall it it will usually automatically copy to your plugins folder.. so if that's the case you need to then find it and create a folder for it in the plugins folder.. then drag it to that folder.. hope this clears it up for you. good luck.
