KRK Rokit 5 Gen 1 vs. Gen 2

I am looking at getting a set of these used. Can anyone comment on the differences between the 2 generations, or is it mainly just looks?

Never heard the G1's myself. Though they can be found for much less money. I have heard the dispersion is improved with the rounded face design, and recommended not to buy G5's buy a friend who used them, though I would assume there is more to the price difference than just that. Monitors are like condoms, you don't really know if you like them until you try yourself. Try a pair, if you don't like them, resell them. Unlike used condoms, you will probably find a buyer. :)
