HI ...

Im thinking of getting a Korg Triton they look & sound kind of sweet, i mostly do dj/production/remix stuff, ive got a PC set up with most of the sequencers and plug ins that are avalable but feel like a more hands on feel, whats the major differences between the triton range, have they all got optical outputs internal CD Burners is it worth the extra for the extreme or studio version, is everything in 24 bit as well, ive seen the korg electribes wonder how they compare to the tritons as well or maybe worth getting both ?

I just went throught the samething when shopping for my wife a new keyboard. We started out getting a Triton LE 88 key and then we played the Triton Extreme. While they share a lot of the same sounds and stuff I could hear a differance between the two. The Extreme just seems to sound richer and fuller. I also like the easy to use touch screen and all of the other toys. So I thought to myself - buy the Trition LE and wish for the next few years I had gotten the Extreme or just bite the bullet and go for it. So Im proud say they my wife is the proud owner of a Triton Extreme 99 key.

Get the Extreme you will love it.

This just helped me out on which one I need to get because with me it was either the Triton Rack or Extreme. I really want to go for the Rack because it won't take up much space and I can use it with the Keystation 88es.

get the extreme, it pretty much has all the sounds of the studio plus they included most if not all of the expansions for the triton line, if i'm correct.

plus right now korg is having a thing where if you buy a triton extreme you can get the korg legacy (500-600 i think) for free!! great deal
