KORG D16!! Has anyone used it?

I am looking to buy a digital recorder and i would like to know if anyone has used the korg d16. It is supposed to be good but i need a second opinion since i havent tested it yet.

I haven't used it but it looks great. Also you should take a look at the dsp 16 from akai.

I have the Korg D8. It's a GREAT machine. Awesome digital recordings. The D16 is supposed to be twice as good.
Damn!! I want one real bad, but can't afford it right now.

I've purchased a D16 after much research and comparison. I love the sound and features, it just takes a while to learn how to use everything that the recorder can do.

The D16 is everything it is said to be and much more. It is an entire studio including the wall of rack EFX that most contemporary mid to highgrade studios would have.... It is user friendly to the nth degree and the manual can be understood by anyone with a modicum af rackmount knowledge ......... I've owned one for a month now and I'm still amazed and pleased at its capabilities..
