KORG D12 CDR W1

I am trying to find a CDR W1 for my Korg 12 track D12 recorder. it has the option to add an internal CDR but they are as rare as hens teeth it seems.

Can I use a slimline CDR from a computer that I have stripped out?

Any help would be really appreciated.
