I have the mic.I have to record very good quality guitar.
SM 57 is not an option.
any inputs???

the KMS105 is a quite nice mic. as long as you've got a quality player, quality instrument, quality amp and quality sound in the room (read: overall quality tone), then you should have minimal problems getting a good sound out of the KSM105.

cheers,

You need a very GOOD-QUALITY OUTPUT..OUT...O-U-T..as in OUT...ooo-uuuu-tttttttt...as in OUT..Am I going slow enough for you..Oh by the way ..I recorded this at 96KHZ..... :D

If you still have access to the TLM 103 or KSM44 try those as well. I know for sure you can get a great acoustic track from a KSM44.
