kick drum prices

i found these prices for microphones ... are they any close to the real prices ?

Can anyone also tell me which one will give me the best "punkrock" sound (like bad religion, pennywise, guttermouth, down by law, frenzal rhomb, ....) :)
 
I've used the Beta 52 and the 602 before and found the 602 to be the far superior mic, especially for kick drums.
As far as prices go, the 602 is about £120 over here in Blighty.
 
Try a sm57 for that punkrock sound. Wait a minute those bands are new. I remeber listening to the sex pistols and the clash and Black flag. Get some of those disks for raw punk sound.
 
yeah i know bands like sex pistols, crass, dead kennedys and stuff sound a lot more raw but i wanna go for the more recent, poppy sound stuff. i think i'm gonna go for the e602 which seams to be the cheapest around here ...
 
Great to hear Frenzal Rhomb are doing well overseas. They might be changing there name to Shihad soon (or so they said on JJJ)

gotta love'm :) ... they're performing in belgium end of the summer together with nofx, nfg and some other punk rock bands
 
Only the people in your area can give you real prices. For instance, D112 is about $180 in the US, but youve got your tax men and we have ours-Richie
