No luck installing drivers system shuts down as soon as its recognized. Followed all of maudio's directions. Anybody had any resolve to this problem.

Check the device manager for 'bangs' -- yellow question marks. An IRQ conflict could be at fault. If you find one your best shot is to disable whatever the Keystation is in conflict with...

No problems there. I load the drivers and turn on the keyboard (USB) win2000 starts to recoginize the device and then reboots. I have removed the drivers per maudios advise and tried to reinstall withe same results, I have removed all other usb devices and tried different cords and different hubs to no avail. This device worked properly under win98se on the same machine. Don't know what elese to do. :(

This may be a silly question but....

have you gone to there site and downloaded the latest drivers?
I had an issue like yours with a M-audio OXYGEN 8 under win 2000 and the latest drivers fixed it.

no dj hear. Got a call from maudio this morning and they fixed it quick. Although if they had the info I got this morning posted in the faq's i would not have had the problem. Thanx for all the help.

What was M-audio's info on this?
