keystation 61es

okay i've seen several threads about the m-audio keystation 61es and the mac not working well together. can someone please give me some definitive things i should try. i'm on a mac running 10.39 and the computer just won't recognize it. what's the deal?????? i have the usb going into the computer trying to run reason but no keyboard!!!!

Does the comp not see it or reason? You have current drivers?

well actually neither the comp or reason is seeing it right now. i'm not supposed to need a driver. it's supposed to be class compliant. so i don't know
