Keystation 49e M-Audio

Hello,
I have a M-Audio Keystation 49e, and, I have XP..so once i hook the USB from the keyboard into my laptop...it works without installing anything else, and included with the keystation was ableton live lite 4..i've never used it, but i did install it...but my problem is.. once i tried to use it with the software i can actually see what I play, I just can't hear what I am playing...can someone help me solve this problem, or tell me why I can not hear the sounds from my keyboard through my monitors? Ummmm, I don't think your keyastation has any sound - it's a MIDI controller, not a sound source.

Read a bit in this forum (maybe even do a search on virtual synths).

Yup. (Got one).

You need to have some sort of Midi synth on the track or running SOME sort of host that'll turn the midi into sound.
