I'm looking for a production equipment. Are there any keyboards that combine a drum machine, sequencer and sampler along with the more tradtional uses of the keyboard. If so what models are the best in the low to moderate price range?

It doesn't have a drum machine ( but you can program them yoursel ), but it's a killer of a synth and today it's not expensive.
The Kurzweil k2000. Look for a second hand and if you can afford it go for the next modal K2500.

I second that opinion of Kurzweil keyboards.
I have a K2600 and it rocks. Anything in the 2000 series should have everything you're looking for.

yo Trailblazer:

You migh want to check out Reason, from Propellerhead/Steinberg...it's coming out a little later this year, for like $400 USD--it's pretty crazy. I think it has all that stuff, though it is software, rather than a kind of standalone keyboard-type thing. It doesn't have a keyboard, but I think you could pick up a controller for it. http://www.propellerheads.se/
might be an option for you to think about...
