Hi everyone,

I just started reading this forum and really glad to see so many people helping each other.I just started singing and I just love it. I just sing to karaoke and record it.

Here is my question: I am trying to sing this song, but the karaoke track is wrong pitch and wrong tempo. I think the key is 1A and the tempo is 158. I got this new software called Mix n key. I lowered the key by one tone and it came out good. I tried changing the bpm to 158, but it is still too fast and I just cannot sing to it. Can you someone take a look at it and see if they can get the temp right please?

I am posting the karaoke and the original ok. Sorry it is in hindi :)

The software you mentioned looks like it's aimed at DJ's, so I'm not sure how you are using it with the karaoke. It looks like it attempts to match DJ type songs to one another to maintain consistency between songs. My wife and I use the software below for karaoke and it works well. Don't know the format of what you are using. These programs can load a variety of formats.

Thank you for the reply.

hat is a software I use to find the key and the BPM of the song. I am not musically trained so I cannot figure out the key. I use Ableton to record and change the key and bpm.

I downloaded the free software but it doesn't show how much BPM it is going up or down by.

Hi Acarix,

You are right. Every time I take it too easy I just don't improve I feel.

When I try to make it perfect, I feel I learn new things even though it won't come close to the original. So finally, I figured out that if you turn on the warp feature in Ableton, it sense the BPM. And guess what it got it better than the software I had paid money to do itr haha.
