I'll have to post pictures later to maybe clear this up but here it goes....

the first idea i have was to use wire and hooks, but on the flat surface it had the tendency to rock if you bumped it. In the corners I used a hook and wire. SO what I did was take two peices of 1x2 and cut one piece 4" and the other was the width of the panel frame, like 22.5", as to fit inside the frame and be screwed on either side.

so i measured from the floor to the height i wanted the panel to be mounted and took the short 4" piece and mounted it to the wall, with the 45'd edge facing up and the short side facing the wall.... with the peice i mounted to the frame the 45'd edge was facing down and the long side was facing the wall....this makes it so when you hang it the two 45'd pieces cause tension to keep it flush and stable on the wall.....hopefully i didn't confuse you too bad. I'll post pictures of exactly how I did it later
