joining wav's

Anyone know of a program for joining a bunch of .wav files? I got a concert on cd a few weeks ago, and whoever split the songs up was on crack, there's splits in the middle of songs, crowd noise at the beginnings of the tracks instead of at the end, etc. I'd like to make one big wav file out of the tracks and just re-split them myself. I'd also like to avoid cutting and pasting etc 17 times in cool edit if possible :) Thanks

Pfffft suuuuure, but that would just be way too easy, now wouldn't it? :) And don't be thinking I didn't think of that, because obviously I did :) yeeeah...
