JoeMeek compressor version 1.05 - is it worth getting?

Hi there

Does anyone know how the compressor 1.05 compares to the SC2 for instance? Is the 1.05 worth buying, if I can get it for a low price (S/H)?

I have a VC1Q and love it!

Just found out that the 1.05 is the 1st version of the SC2. Some say it was the best!!
