SMPTE code generator. Comes w/ manual. Pwr supply is after market, but correct rating. It is the grey faced version. I can check and see what the firmware code is when it powers up. I've not used it, as I do not have any use for it presently and have another box that will do SMPTE if I absolutely get the urge to do so.

Still for sale, I used it a few weeks ago, as a metronome. Have it installed in a rack for its aesthetic value. I've not used it to stripe tape, but did give a listen to the SMPTE output and it sounded like I suspect it is supposed to ...
