Itty bitty teeny weenie guitar amp modelers........pretty impressive

I'm not a guitar player but I've always been interested in the gear guitarist use to get "that sound"
The guitarist that I worked with back in the 70's and I have stayed close.
I remember him trying to find a legit fuzz face 50+ years ago.
So he was telling me about this GP-5 amp modeler that he just purchased.
It is the size of a small remote control / candy bar.
He's blown away by it's capabilities and he's just started using it...

$80? One and you're done effects box?

They are okay - they would certainly do in a pinch - you definitely want something else to go with them.

Yeah I'm not sure yet ...Macias seems to think this may be his only effects box going forward. That said, it's a new toy, let see what he thinks in a month or so.
