Spending more time on the little things on a mix, like the drum track (per Rami's advice!)
So after messing around for more than an hour with a lead guitar track that had a few (playing) glitches in it, finally decided I wasn't going waste any more time polishing that turd ... retracked about a dozen takes. Certain takes had just the right tone in the bridge of the song, others where I needed them in the between-verses places.
Of course, with headphones on I could hear the problems with the bass track ... that's next to retrack ...
