Is this stuff for real or just snake oil?

Also, what do you recommend for cleaning the pinch rollers? I'm looking for a specific product suggestion, all I know is to use a water-based solvent... One website said to use Windex, is that OK?

Good question. The reviewers are real because I did a search on the company Atma-sphere (funny name) and it's real. Let us know if you buy it, how it is.

I'd put it in the snake oil department.

Anything that interferes with tape to head contact and introduces additional chemicals into the "mix" is a no-no in my books.
