Is this a good interface?

So I did some asking around, and I was told to check out this interface. It's within my price range and seems to be popular, but I'm very new to this stuff. Does anyone have any knowledge of how good or bad this is?

I have used it a little over a year. It sounds great, but the phantom power is not a full 48V so it may introduce noise (or not work at all) with some condenser mics. It has a lot of features for the price. My particular unit, though, has a problem with the right output jack for my monitors which introduces intermittent fuzz and distortion.
