is this a good card?

I am new to recording and I don't have very high budget and I came across this card.

I need something that is cheap like this and can record with good quality. I will be going instruments/mics to the mixer and mixer too card. won't be recording any more than two tracks at a time right now. Thanks for any feedback.

My personal opinion is that it's one of a series of underrated cards with some very fine drivers. They're rather well known in Korea and Japan, but their American presence is not quite there, and if you're looking for support, getting something like an M-audio would get you help on boards like these much easier. It's not that much more for an M-audio Audiophile, and if you need only two tracks in a time, being part of an M-audio community to draw experience from can be worth every penny.

Thanks for the info. I just found an M-audio delta 44 for $150 brand new so I think I'll spend the extra couple bucks for the valued info it comes with.
