Can you elaborate? Th e question as it is makes little sense to me. What do you mean by "How to use the bypass"?

Ah, I see.

OK, I might be a little off because I don't use auto-tune usually. But recently, I used it to screw around with a theramin sample I downloaded. If I'm not mistaken, you use the Bypass to make sure it eliminates the notes you don't want your voice or instrument to go to. For example, let's say the melody you're singing has an "E" in it, but no "F", you bypass the "F" in case you sing the "E" a little sharp so that Auto-tune doesn't bring that note up to an "F".

Simply put, bypass the notes you're not singing.

Individual scale notes can be bypassed, resulting in no
pitch correction when the input is near those notes

So. Define your scale ( go chromatic if you can't ) and bypass the notes that you are happy with before you attempted any tuning.

Or, probably a better method is to bypass everything and just unbypass the notes that give the effect you want.

its a back and forth process.
