Is there a good reason there's no Korg group here??

I'm getting all excited about the prospects of the Korg D1200MKII (digital 12-track with built-in CD burner for $999). And this site is so good, and there's boards for Fostex and Tascam recorders but nothing for Korg. I'm a newbie and am I getting led down a bad path with the Korg?? Is it low-quality or fraught with problems. I've used their drum machines in the studio and though they were much more user-friendly than, say Tascam.
Help, before I go out and plunk down the cash,,,,,OXYGEN
