Is there a FAQ for materials, ideas, temp walls, etc.?

Hey guys.

Is there a FAQ or something on soundproofing materials, construction ideas, gotchas, etc.

I want to build something in a rented apartment for a vocalist. We have a couple walk-in closets with no "outside" walls but I need to "acoustically treat" whatever area I use.

I've seen some of the removable panels people build and like it. I assume this is one area where a general FAQ could cover a lot of newbie questions. ??
