Is ther any program for Changin pitch and tempo of song samples

Well i wanted to use some earth, wind, and fire samples in my beat but i wanna change the tempo and pitch of it before i plug it into the song. The only one that i've seen some progress with was pulsemaster, but i was lookign for something a little bit better.

Just download Audacity and make use of the Pitch and Tempo tools there.
