Is someone burning CDR from Vinyl LP's using Alesis 9600??

Newibie hates to bother the old timers, but needs help with the ins and outs of getting GREAT audio onto CDR from Vinyl LPs.

I have a Technics turntable and a new 9600 and want to convert all of my LPs to CDR.

There must be a lot of tricks to getting the job done right!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
