Is Pod 2.0 to the Pod UX2 an Upgrade???

Been using the Pod 2.0 for about 9 years now. Just purchased the UX2 based on reviews and its seeming versatility. Would users of this call it an upgrade or an addition? Furthermore, what do you guys think of the UX2?

I had one and it was a fun toy. Out of all the things I've tried it wasn't the greatest thing in the world, but it was OK. Nothing like zero-latency monitoring. My UX2 always had a delay and was hard getting use to.

I have a 2.0 and I am not too happy with it. So anything would be an upgrade for me.
