is my voice okay?

Maybe it's just me, but it just sounds like you're suffering from the classic "i don't want to sing too loud incase i piss of my family/neighbours/pets/house mates". Your pitching and tone sound fine but it all just sounds too restrained and lacking in confidence.

My advice; sing loud and sing proud :)
 
Yeah, your pitch is good and you have a nice voice but totally lacking confidence. Sing loud and use your gut to push for the high notes. Maybe try singing when nobody's home :)
