Is my singing good?

You are consistently flat throughout the song. The key may be too low for you. Can you hear where you are going flat?
The songwriting is good and so is the recrding but the vocals need to be redone.
 
If you can't hear that you're flat throughout the tune, and I'm presuming you can't because you wouldn't have posted your song if you knew, then I'd be getting lessons - you need to develop your ear more.

If you don't want to get lessons then record some single notes - scale, melody whatever of whatever instrument you can play, and then record yourself singing the sequence and then listen... that may help.
 
You do sound rather flat in certain spots. I suggest getting mic with a zero-latency headphone jack, so you can listen to yourself while you're singing.
It's a small investment but can have a dramatic effect on refining your technique. :)
