Is my setup safe? Please Read

I have a guitar (acoustic) with pickup that goes into a line6 DL4 delay modulator, and then that goes into a tube preamp which goes into my acoustic fender combo amp? is that safe? I never turn the things really high, in fact, the preamp is always rather low? am I risking anything? thanks

Why on earth do you set up that way? Playing live? Recording? Either way, it doesn't make sense.
