It would appear so. A new thread remains "invisible until a moderator approves it for posting." It makes the whole thing a bit pointless, doesn't it? Perhaps it would be simpler for True to ban all HR members.
 
man this place is really going to the dogs..

you know pride screws up so many things...and some of our beloved leaders need to swallow some of theirs and admit they got it wrong before theyre left turning the light out in an empty room
 
I think a mod should be assigned to review every post made on this site, and to either accept or delete the post prior to allowing it to be viewed. That would solve all the problems.
