Is anyone running CWPA 9 on Win 2K?

I getting ready to start up my newly created DAW. I hope. The OS that came with the MOBO is Win 2K and I have CWPA 9. Does this work?
 
Yes it runs... as long as you have a Win2k supported sound card.
