just added a M-audio Delta 44 sound card to my Dell 2350,P4, Win-XP pro 1 gb ram, and I can not get rid of pops and clicks' Everthing that I've learened while reseaching this issue points to an IRQ problem, The card is sharing IRQ 17 and I need to move it to IRQ 4, which is not in use. I"ve tried uninstalling, re installing, and every thing else I could think of and I can't get it to move...............any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
