I think the HH/Snare need to be way heavier sounding... they don't fit this type of music IMO. Too thin.. some of the cymbal sounds are quite piercing on my setup too.

Nice guitar work + solos.. you may want to back off the chugging in the mix during the solo a little. For some reason I picture playing some kind of video game listening to this, heh.

thanks..I just killed my family :(

great stuff...didnt like the drums at all but I dont really know this genre, even then what were they dkfh?...the guitars were excellent though :)

Hey guys thanks for your opinions. Yeah the drums are not great i just used and programmed them using Groove Agent One vst sampler in Cubase 5. Not the best of samples lol

What I don't hear is low frequency.....it's kind of a void. The sounds are different. Not bad, necessarily, but the way you hear it. Maybe even good; but until I can feel the low punch the tune really needs, I can't say if I like it or not. Some of the guys doing this stuff really kick the bottom end. And it moves me. I think y' need to make those cones travel. :^)

I agree with this ^^^^^^^^^^

Really, I'm thinking this is pretty terrible to listen to. The drums are horrendous, but you use what you got I guess. The guitars are scratchy, thin, and weak. Were they recorded direct? It sounds like you went straight from the head and into the computer. If these are actual amps recorded through and actual mic, you need to rethink your mic, mic positioning, and tone options. Heavy guitars are supposed to have balls. I should feel the chugging of the rhythms. Do some research on recording distorted guitars and you'll find that layers, and LESS GAIN are the trick. And is there a bass in there somewhere? The performance is great. You do some nice noodling in there and the arrangement is solid for an instrumental. The tones and mix make this unlistenable though. Sorry man. :o
