insulating studio windows

Can anyone tell me if a studio window would be sound proof by these dimensions check it out 4 layers of double pane tempered glass each of the two inner layers would be at minimum 5" spacing kinda like this [ | | ] imagine that those lines are the glass anyone try this before :confused:
 
TWO thick panes of glass that match or beat the Transmission loss of the adjacent wall will work better. However, whats the point if the floor structurally transmitts right under the wall or you have weak links. Hence....tell us what the rest of the structure is like. :)
