Instrument Synthesizer

Hey guys I was wondering if you all might know of a good instrument synthesizer. I was gonna get Cakewalk Project5 but its minumum RAM is 256 MB and I have 128 MB. What other good synthesizers are out there that does all instruments and has a RAM requirement of 128MB or less?

Most of your VST-VI plugs are ram hogs. I would consider and upgrade to at least 512. Ram is relatively cheap now.
