instrument definitions?

Dear forum,

Im interested in Cubase but am unsure how to enter midi patch/bank information. I own a MC 303 which I want to use for a sound module. I have spent some time using Cakewalk which has instrument definitions which aid the selecting of desired 303 sounds from inside cakewalk.

Does Cubase have these instrument definitions? If so where do I get them, and if not how do I enter the information into cubase to get my desired sounds from the 303?
