Installing cubase LE5

I've just bought a Tascam us1800 and it came with Cubase LE5, when i put the cd in to install cubase it gets to the end of installment and a window pops up saying

" application 'LCC2' has caused the following problems: ??? Click 'ok to abort"

I've looked on the Steinberg website and I've only found similar problems which don't work, does anyone have a solution or suggestion, thanks! Jordan.

First off, download the latest version of elicenser. HERE.

See if installs after that.

LCC would be License Control Center.
