inquirees about mx1604a

Is there somebody there owned a mx1604a? I just bought yesterday (April 26, '05) but I've found out that it's obsolete. I don't know anything about mixer I was just asked by the church to buy one because I'am the only one available. Anyway my questions are:

> does it works good? (performance)
> does it last long? (quality and durability)
> are parts available eventhough its obsolete?

The MX1604 isn't total trash, but it has very limited output options. It should suffice for a small P.A. I have one that I use for rehearsals and it's decent enough. I'd never use it to record anything serious, though.

whats the differnce between that and an mc1604 some one wants to sell me one for 200 canadian is that a good deal?
